Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by The Southern Jewlz Warehouse within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. If items have been worn, washed, tags removed, original receipt/invoice lost, or we do not receive it back at the SJ warehouse before the 14 day allowance from which your order was purchased, your return will be rejected.
To return an item by mail, please fill out the return form which was included in your order. If you have misplaced this form please click here to download and print a new one.
All Sale merchandise is Final Sale.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
All orders placed by 2 pm CST during normal business days will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm CST will be shipped on the next business day.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
